Reiki is the art of healing the mind, body and spirit by using the energy from the Universe to flow through your body. This Universal energy helps the innate intelligence in your body to function properly. This is great for stress relief, anxiety, relaxation, pain relief and much more. Reiki allows a person to relax and release any past or present emotions that the body might be holding on to. By releasing these emotions, the body is able to function at its optimal levels of wellness.

The Reiki Session is non-invasive; it is a light touch on several areas of your body that are generally related to your chakras in order to balance them. Your chakras are the energy centers in your body. Having an unbalanced chakra could result in stress, anxiety, etc... This is usually done in a prone position, but can be done sitting, standing or even long-distance. Reiki is administered fully clothed.

First-time Reiki clients receive a complimentary 15 minutes in addition to their sessions.
